At DIYHD Sliding Barn Door Hardware, our goal is to make every shopping experience smooth and trustworthy. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how we handle cancellations, returns, and refunds for all online purchases.

Orders may be cancelled within twenty-four (24) hours before the order has been shipped. Once the shipment process begins, cancellations cannot be processed. If your order has already shipped, you may still be eligible to request a return under our standard return policy.

Products may be returned within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. Returned items must remain in original condition, unused, unwashed, and complete with all packaging, labels, and accessories. Items received without prior authorization or that show signs of wear will not qualify for return.

To start the return process, please contact customer@diyhds.com with your order number and a brief explanation. Our support team will reply within 24 hours to provide approval and return instructions.

Refunds are issued after the returned item passes inspection, typically within three (3) to five (5) business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout. DIYHD Sliding Barn Door Hardware will cover shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items due to preference or sizing errors.

Customized or clearance items are non-returnable. For refund delays, please check with your payment provider or contact customer@diyhds.com for assistance.
